KCR exists with a clear vision of creating a community where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. Since 1965, Kitsap Community Resources has been serving Kitsap County residents. Over the years, KCR has developed a growing number of programs and services to meet the specific needs of their community’s low-income populations.
