The Community Action Programs Division in Pierce County, Washington has been serving the community since 1970. Pierce County Community Action Programs Division is one of four government entities in our WSCAP network that has been designated as a Community Action Program!

This agency works hard to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices to empower low-income individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. Pierce County Community Action Programs Division is committed to strengthening, promoting, representing, and serving their community to assure that the issues of poverty are effectively presented and addressed.
