Community Action Center (serving Whitman County)

Since 1988, Community Action Center (CAC) has been a primary resource for thousands of people and families experiencing poverty in Whitman County. CAC operates as a private nonprofit with IRS 501(c)(3) charitable status. The staff at CAC work day in and day out to move people and communities toward a positive future throughout Whitman County. CAC offers many different programs ranging from energy assistance and home weatherization to homeless and transitional housing services to legal referrals and a mobile farm stand!
